DESCRIPTIONS OF DIFFERENT TRAINING REGIMES


DANCE 

The perfect training regime for developing one's physique in a casual, fun and creative mood. The session consists of warming up, studying choreography, muscle training and relaxing stretches. The objective of the session is to boost confidence, enhance being in touch with one's body and to provide a good workout. But the most important goal is to let oneself go emotionally!

ASTANGA or POWER YOGA

This is a practice of yoga that focuses on combining the body, the mind and the soul in order to achieve good health and mental gratification. One of the invaluable benefits of yoga is the chance to gain and maintain good physical health through the system of asana exercises that purify the organism and keep the body fit. The asanas are used to develop body and spine flexibility, to strengthen back muscles and to improve posture. Various breathing exercises and techniques help soothe the mind and the senses, offering inner calm and improving the ability to deal with life's challenges and solve problems. Calm music and the aroma of scented candles relieve stress and create the atmosphere for meditation. Yogi Bhajan once said “The age of a person is not measured in years but by how flexible the spine is!”.

BODYTONE

Bodytone is an aerobic session where an efficient short warm-up is followed by muscle training for different muscle groups. Different training aids are used (dumbbells, tubes, barbells, etc.) This type of training is well suited for beginners as well because it does not include complex step combinations. The session ends with stretches.

FATBURN  

Fatburn is a form of aerobic workout that during the 40 minute long core part focuses on forming simple step combinations and exercises oriented towards the lower body muscles (squats, lunges, etc.). The second half of the session concentrates on abdominal and back muscles. The workout session is concluded with stretches.

STEPFATBURN

The build-up of Stepfatburn resembles that of Fatburn but a step-stool is used to help form step combinations.

PILATES

This is a systematic, mainly breathing-oriented workout. Coherent and controlled breathing is used in strengthening and stretching muscles, which in turn helps to stabilise the body's movements. A balance is created between the body and the soul.

Pilates improves lung ventilation and the vascular system because all exercises are performed in combination with deep and correct breathing. By breathing and being in touch with the body, all those muscles are trained that are essential for good posture. Back and abdominal muscles are trained in order to heal and prevent back injuries.

AEROMIX

Aeromix is a classic mixed aerobics session in which the first half (roughly 30 minutes in length) concentrates on forming different step combinations and the other half (roughly 20 minutes in length) focuses on muscle training. The session ends with stretches.

STEPTONE

The first part of the session uses a step-stool to form simpler step combinations in order to give the lower body a good workout. The second half mainly focuses on upper body muscle training. The session is concluded by stretching.

BODYBALANCE

Bodybalance is a mixture of yoga, tai-chi and pilates that enhances flexibility and strength and creates a calm atmosphere that is good for concentrating. Controlled breathing, concentration and carefully selected movements and stances combined with music form a perfect whole. If balance and harmony are what you seek from a workout session, then BodyBalance is an excellent choice. Relax and enjoy! No step combinations are formed. This training is suited for everybody.

POWER YOGA

A powerful and dynamic calorie-burning session that supplies the body and the mind with strength and energy. Power Yoga creates a sense of well-being, increases flexibility, speeds up metabolism and helps to find physical and mental balance.

LATINO

Lationo is well suited for both beginners and advanced exercisers. The workout is based on salsa, merenque and cha-cha rhythms and movements. This session is enjoyably emotional and thereby a good alternative to traditional aerobic workout.

POWER PILATES

Alike Pilates, the main emphasis of Power Pilates is on training the functional muscles of the body. Additional weights are used to intensify the training process. Balance is combined with strength and the soul is combined with the body through conscious thought.
