WATER AEROBICS
Water aerobics is physical workout in water combined with music. Depending on the specific session, the water can rise up to the chest or higher. Being able to swim is not a requirement for taking part of this session. The instructor as a rule demonstrates the specific movements and the movement combinations from the edge of the pool. If everyone is familiar with the training programme, the instructor may perform the exercises in the water.
In order to make the session more varied, different styles have been developed and different equipment is used.
The session lasts 45-60 minutes.
