GIFT CARD

·         Kalev Spa gift card is a resourceful and wonderful gift for friends and family members, colleagues, employees and business partners

·         We offer gift cards with 3 different values: 150 EEK (9.59 EUR), 300 EEK (19.17 EUR) and 500 EEK (31.96 EUR)

·         The amount marked on the gift card can be used on all the services of entire Kalev Spa Hotel and Water according to the public pricelist of services. Suitable services can be found from:

-         WaterPark

-         Fitness Centre

-         Spa Centre

-         Hotel

·         In case the sum of services consumed exceeds the value of gift card, the owner of gift card pays for them additionally. If the cost of selected service is smaller than the value is gift card, the unused sum of the card is not paid out in cash

·         Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

·         We ask you to pre-book the services used by gift card, except swimming, by phone on +372 649 3303 or on email address kalevspa at kalevspa dot ee. Please make sure to quote the gift card number when booking

·         Gift cards are valid as single means of payment

·         Services can also be paid for using several gift cards

·         Gift cards are pre-numbered and contain a security element

·         Gift cards are not personal and they can be forwarded to third persons

·         On buying a gift card the benefits of bonus cards do not apply

·         Any duplicating of gift card is forbidden, counterfeits will be confiscated
