Day spa: Perfect body treatment
We must take good care of our bodies by giving ourselves a break!
For this, we came up with a special day spa that starts in the sauna and relaxation area for adults in Sauna Oasis and the water park. Next is a body treatment in the Beauty & Health salon using a unique body scrub of natural sponge gourd fibre that has been used since ancient times. Sponge gourd fibres soften and deeply cleanse the skin, exfoliating it gently and making the process pleasant and effective.
Exfoliation is then followed by a relaxing massage with PINO almond oil. This treatment with Natural Spa Therapy creates harmony between body, mind and spirit. PINO natural spa products are made from carefully chosen plant extracts and essential oils and are 100% natural.
To round out the day, why not treat yourself to a meal at restaurant Allee, where you will get 10% off the whole menu?

It is a great idea if you want to take part in exciting and energising group workouts and then use the water park’s relaxation area and saunas to refresh your body and mind. Spend time however you like, feeling good is still a guarantee!
With a monthly pass, you can visit the water park and the sports club once a day Mon-Sun for 3 h at a time. When exchanging the gift voucher for a service, a wristband deposit of €8 will be added. The pass is valid for 30 days from activation.

Treat yourself with the aromatic atmosphere of fruits and spices.
Grapefruit is valued in the beauty world as a great source of vitamin C that cleanses, refreshes and gives you shine. We use a grapefruit extract exfoliator for our body treatment. It expels toxins, reduces the look of orange peel skin and removes dead cells, leaving the skin silky soft and extremely smooth. A moisturising massage cream adds some sunny energy to the treatment. Its unique complex of active ingredients fills the skin with energy and creates a long-lasting pleasant feeling.

Salt chamber
Prevent disease and take care of your health by visiting a salt chamber and strengthening your immune system.
Salt treatment is meant for treating chronic respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, chronic tonsillitis and/or pharyngitis. It is also suitable for cigarette smokers, those quitting smoking and people working in dusty conditions. Salt treatment cannot be done with kidney failure.

Body analysis with a personal trainer
We recommend having your body analysed before you start with training, so as to set yourself proper goals. The analysis gives you an overview of the state of your body and provides you with guidelines on both healthy eating and safe and effective exercising. The test uses an Accuniq BC300 body analyser. Its results are 99% accurate and the recommended indicators have been approved by WHO (the World Health Organisation).
Your body analysis is carried out by a personal trainer and takes around 15 minutes.

Aromatic massage 60 minutes
Aromatic massage is a harmonious combination of pleasant massages and the relaxing aroma of essential oils.
The masseur will help you find the most suitable aroma oil, depending on whether you want to aid some health concerns (muscle tension or pain, sleep disorders, puberty problems, blood pressure fluctuations, stress, cellulite) or just enjoy a relaxing experience and feel better. This leisurely massage helps relieve tension and disconnect from the world for a while.

Cinq Mondes Chinise plants and Pre+Probiotics moisturizing facial ritual 50 min
This “first wrinkle” prevention treatment originates from an ancestral massage ritual inspired by Traditional Chinese medicine. The work on acupressure points help to relax the facial features.

The 50-metre pool in the Kalev Spa water park is a real gem for fans of swimming!
