Finnish sauna (85°C)
A place where the hot steam feels like a living, warm soul that refreshes and heals the body. The high temperature helps to relieve joint pain, neck, shoulder, and back aches, as well as muscle tension – the airways are cleansed. It relaxes the nervous system and promotes a good and peaceful sleep.
To stimulate circulation and boost metabolism, cool yourself down after the sauna under a cold shower or in the Blue Lagoon pool.

The recommended maximum time in the sauna is 15 minutes.
