SWIMMING CLASSES FOR BABIES
Playful swimming classes for toddlers – the coach is in the water with you and demonstrates the exercises.
Lesson goals
-
develop age-appropriate water adaptation and movement skills;
-
relax tense muscles;
-
strengthen and support the immune system through gentle cold exposure/conditioning;
-
develop coordination and the work of arms and legs.
Who is it for and where?
-
We welcome children from 4 months old (depending on the child) up to 2 years old.
-
Classes take place in the private pool on level 0 at Kalev Spa.
-
Water temperature is 33°C.
-
Private changing rooms have everything needed for children.
Lesson duration
The lesson lasts 45 minutes. If you see that your child is getting tired, you may finish earlier — the most important thing is that the session ends with positive emotions.
Before the lesson – important to remember

-
babies must wear a swim diaper or swim pants;

parents should tie back long hair or wear a swim cap.
