Northern Lights sauna (90°C)
The Northern Lights sauna is inspired by the nocturnal skies of the Nordic lands, where nature has its own language and time stands still. Legend has it that ancient Nordic peoples believed the Northern Lights were souls dancing in the sky—messengers from the beyond, bearers of peace and purification. It is from this belief that the Northern Lights sauna was born—a place where time stops and the spirit is refreshed. *not recommended for people with high blood pressure. The recommended time to stay in the sauna is a maximum of 15 minutes.
Salt Lake sauna (45°C)
The Salt Lake sauna is not just a hot room – it is a state of being. A place to unwind, to breathe in, to let go. The name "Salt Lake" does not refer to a body of water visible on a map, but to a spiritual landscape whose salty taste is both healing and memorable. It is a reference to purity, to the salt of the earth, and to the need to occasionally "salt away" everything unnecessary from within oneself. Sea salt exfoliates the skin, improves circulation, relieves muscle tension, and leaves the skin soft, smooth, and moisturized. The recommended time to stay in the sauna is a maximum of 20 minutes.
Steam and aroma sauna (45–50°C)
A classic steam sauna that invigorates the body and mind. *Not recommended for those with high blood pressure. The recommended maximum time in the sauna is 15 minutes.

Juniper Sauna (70°C)
The juniper sauna offers a cleansing and balancing experience for both body and mind. The aroma of juniper supports breathing, stimulates circulation, and creates a calming atmosphere, helping to relieve tension. It evokes memories of an Estonian summer on the islands by the sea – a peaceful and nature-inspired moment among the junipers. Recommended sauna time up to 20 minutes.
