Notice of Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT — KALEV SPA E-SHOP

Kalevi Veekeskus OÜ does not buy back or exchange gift cards.

When a gift card is purchased from the e-shop, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the day the gift card was received (in the case of a gift card purchased from the e-shop, from the day on which Kalevi Veekeskus OÜ sent the gift card to the requested e-mail address). Withdrawal from the transaction is not possible if the unique code shown on the gift card has already been used.

Kalevi Veekeskus OÜ has the right to process the withdrawal request within five working days, during which it will cancel the unique code shown on the gift card. The money will be refunded to the Buyer's account within 14 days at the latest, provided that the unique code has not yet been used.
