If you love exercising and staying active, then use our 3-month sports club pass to visit our well-equipped gym at an affordable price and take part in motivating group training both in the studio and in the water. The trainers at Kalev Spa are ready to support and inspire you every step of the way – come work out and we will get closer to your goals together.
With the 3-month pass you can visit the sports club once a dayMon-Sun for 3 h at a time. When exchanging the gift voucher for a service, a wristband deposit of €10 will be added. The pass is valid for 90 days from activation.
With a sports club pass you can visit:
- the gym
- group workouts in the Body & Mind studio and the gym
- water aerobics group training, including SUP training in the 50 m pool
- as a gift, when activating the pass you will get one free body analysis (worth €18)

A spacious and bright gym awaits you in the well-equipped sports club of Kalev Spa.
With regular access to the gym, you can visit the gym between 6:30 and 15:00, once a day Mon-Fri for 3 hours at a time.

We recommend having your body analysed before you start with training, so as to set yourself proper goals. The analysis gives you an overview of the state of your body and provides you with guidelines on both healthy eating and safe and effective exercising. The test uses an Accuniq BC300 body analyser. Its results are 99% accurate and the recommended indicators have been approved by WHO (the World Health Organisation).
Your body analysis is carried out by a personal trainer and takes around 15 minutes.

SUP training is a fun but at the same time high-intensity full-body workout using the Fitmatt pools in the pool. This workout improves muscle endurance and strength, helps develop coordination and balance and burns calories. The workout has energising music and lasts for 45 minutes. It is fun and varied, while also providing a decent challenge.
Swimming skills are necessary as falling into the water is part of the workout. Only those not giving it their all will be able to stay dry! ;)
Children from the age of 12 who are good swimmers can also take part in the Suppama class with their parents!
