We recommend having your body analysed before you start with training, so as to set yourself proper goals. The analysis gives you an overview of the state of your body and provides you with guidelines on both healthy eating and safe and effective exercising. The test uses an Accuniq BC300 body analyser. Its results are 99% accurate and the recommended indicators have been approved by WHO (the World Health Organisation).
Your body analysis is carried out by a personal trainer and takes around 15 minutes.

Beginner lessons are suitable for people who have no swimming experience as well as those who have basic skills but still feel unsure of themselves in the water.
During the lessons you will continue to develop your footwork, learn how to breathe while swimming and how to do the front and back crawl. The goal is to learn more of the technique and to get a better sense of the water through a variety of exercises.
Advanced courses are designed for those who can swim 100 metres non-stop using both the back and crawl strokes. You will also learn how to swim frog-style and butterfly-style on your front.
