Stand Up Paddling (SUP) training

SUP training is a fun but at the same time high-intensity full-body workout using the Fitmatt pools in the pool. This workout improves muscle endurance and strength, helps develop coordination and balance and burns calories. The workout has energising music and lasts for 45 minutes. It is fun and varied, while also providing a decent challenge.

Swimming skills are necessary as falling into the water is part of the workout. Only those not giving it their all will be able to stay dry! ;)

Children from the age of 12 who are good swimmers can also take part in the Suppama class with their parents!
