• 3-hour access to the sports club (gym, group and group workouts in water)
• a 60-min meeting with a personal trainer, including:
  • body analysis e.g. body composition evaluation
  • exercise and nutritional recommendations
  • personal training as per the client’s wishes (gym workouts, aerobic training, HIIT, yoga, stretching, etc.)
• 2 hours of free time for independent training and relaxation in the sauna
